Decide when you are going to practice and turn up on time. Don’t wait until you’re ‘in the mood’. If you’re having difficulty finding the time, schedule shorter bursts of practice (eg: 5 mins) so you don’t feel burdened.
For those of you who love to do your practice first thing in the morning, the great news is that once you’ve done your practice, no-one can take it away from you!
Sometimes things don’t go as planned (or you forget to set your alarm clock). We all fall off the horse from time to time. Your job is to get back in the saddle as soon as you’re able.
Don’t give yourself any grief, just move on and pick up where you left off.
